As part of our drive to be a worldwide leader in the delivery of air transportation services, encompassing the highest standards of customer service and safety, we are looking to recruit personnel for the following roles;
Finance Assistant – The role is focused on supporting the Financial Controller with the day to day management of the finance function. You will bring with you experience of processing supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner, the capability to deal with queries arising both by telephone and e mail, performing statement reconciliations, strong IT skills, should be numerate and able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team. Knowledge of Shireburn would also be advantageous.
Dispatch Assistant – The main focus of the role is to assist with the future planning of trips for our fleet of aircraft that operate worldwide, arranging hotels, transport and visas for crew, catering, booking airport slots, over flight / landing permissions, flight following, maintenance of the departmental library and general administration duties. The position provides an opportunity for a self- starter in aviation whom is well organized with the ability to multi task and is able to work using their own initiative as well as part of a team. Training will be provided for this role with the opportunity to develop within the department as it grows. After initial training the candidate will be required to work a rotating shift pattern which covers 7 days weekly.
Maintenance Planning Engineer - As a member of the Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO) the role reports directly to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM). You should be an individual that is able to effectively forecast and schedule routine maintenance; the planning of long and short term maintenance forecasts for airframe and engines, preparation, issuance of work scopes and coordination with maintenance facilities for the purpose of line and base (heavy) maintenance, able to update both routine and non-routine tasks in the system employed for the particular aircraft records making sure that the records are in-line with the company/manufacturer's maintenance program, able to review completed paper work of assigned tasks for accuracy and completeness; assuring that completed paper work is filed for Aircraft Records, to perform technical records functions which include maintaining and updating of Airframe, Engine and APU Logbooks, inspect-compliance documents to ensure conformance with company regulatory guidelines, capable of working with other Technical Operations Departments to ensure scheduled work packages meet compliance requirements and operational limitations. With a proven commercial acumen, an excellent communication style and the ability to demonstrate a track record of decision making, attention to detail as well as strong organizational skills is a must.
